COVID-19 has played the spoiler in most everything we do, threatening to stretch for an unknown amount of time. But in the midst of all this, people have been coming together and doing what they need to do to get through. Part of that display of solidarity early on was to place hearts and messages of hope in the windows of homes and businesses in a show of visible support for one another. A simple walk downtown was just an example of how the rest of Austin has met this challenge.
