: I am very motivated on my own when it comes to aerobic exercise & yoga, but Justen has helped me develop a weight lifting program which is very important to women over 50. Weights can easily be practiced using wrong form, and a trainer helps to ensure this doesn't happen. When weights are practiced correctly, you will notice a physical change which also benefits your emotional and mental state. .
