REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS:
Full Registrations
› Attendance at conference sessions & Trade Exhibition (Tuesday 4 May–Thursday 6 May) › Conference Satchel (available to the first 800 delegates to register) › Access to full papers and e-Posters (available to download online) › Morning tea & Lunch daily › Afternoon Tea (Tuesday 4 May & Wednesday 5 May) › Welcome Networking Evening (Monday 3 May) › Happy Hour (Wednesday 5 May) › Closing Drinks (Thursday 6 May) Note: The Welcome Networking Evening is NOT included in ‘onsite’ rates. The Gala Dinner (Tuesday 4 May) is NOT included in the registration package – tickets must be purchased separately.

Workshop/Panel Session Only Registrations

Posters (available to download online) › Limit of 20 passes available per workshop/panel › Must select Tuesday or Wednesday registration at the time of registration › Does not include catering
Free Trade Visitor Registration
› Discover the latest technologies and services at the
Ozwater Trade Exhibition for free. All you need to do is pre-register as a free trade visitor, giving you quick and easy access to the exhibition. › Trade visitor registration includes access to trade exhibition only with no catering. Note: Trade registration is included in Full & Day Registrations and a separate registration is not required.
Gala Dinner Tickets (Tuesday 4 May)
› Gala Dinner Tickets are NOT included in any registration package – tickets must be purchased separately. › Tickets are $250 each and there is a maximum of 2 tickets per delegate registration.
Method of Payment
Registration payment can be made via the following methods: 1. Online payment via credit card: › Visa, MasterCard and Amex are accepted › Diners Club is not accepted › Following payment, registrants will be sent a tax invoice showing that the account is paid in full 2. Request a tax invoice for payment via electronic transfer, cheque or International Bank Draft: › Complete an online registration, at the payment stage select invoice as the payment method and include your
Purchase Order Number. › After submitting your order, you will receive a tax invoice for payment. › Payment must be received within 14 days to confirm your registration. › Once payment is received, you will receive the links to activate and complete the registrations. Note: Registration will be cancelled if payment is not received within 14 days. Payment by invoice will only be available for registrations ordered prior to Monday 19 April 2021.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to events@awa. asn.au. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after Wednesday 31 March 2021. However, substitutions will be accepted without charge until Friday 30 April 2021. If Federal, State or Local Government restrictions relating to COVID-19 impact your ability to attend, please contact events@awa.asn.au.
Substitutions
All Substitutes must be made in writing to events@awa.asn. au. Substitutions made on or before Friday 30 April 2021 will not incur any costs. Any substitution made after Friday 30 April 2021 will incur a $150 administration charge.
Note: By registering participants understand and agree that they may be photographed, filmed and/or recorded at Association events and these may be used in Association publications and promotional materials.
