Designers across the world are mulling over a series of solutions to some of the challenges facing the fast fashion industry as they demonstrate what we can learn from local indigenous knowledge and how to work within the limits of our natural resources.
Fashion Revolution India, in collaboration with British Council, developed a report titled ‘Reimagining the Craft Economy Post Covid-19‘ which documents the experience of the artisan and records the impact of the pandemic on the crafts sector in India.
March issue sheds a light on some of the sustainable fashion organizations in India which are adopting indigenous crafts and natural dyeing to rival the throwaway fashion.
