She's graced the historic Avalon Ballroom stage on Catalina Island for the 2012 JazzTrax Festival, her recordings feature international talent and she herself has headlined the world-famous contemporary jazz lounge at Spaghettini in Seal Beach. All this besides the many nominations and hundreds of private performances for just about every stripe of audience in the Sacramento region. Ava has both sang and played on her saxophone, the National Anthem for the Rivercats (several times, plus "God Bless America" for the 7th inning stretch), as well as for several State organizations, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Light the Night Walk, Man and Woman of the Year, as well as for the Kings. She's been a special musical guest on Fox40 Morning News, Insight on Capital Public Radio, Good Day Sacramento Weekend Edition and Sacramento & Company.
