This is our cruise: seven days of fantastic discoveries throughout unpolluted beaches and bays; the haute cuisine of the renowned chef Roberto Petza, will bring you in a world where the reality will go beyond any imagination. Our guests will be accomodated on board of the MY Buena Chica, a fascinated yacht 35 metres long , built in 1945, which nowadays maintains all its classical features. Gourmet and the winery will be hosted by the talented Roberto Petza, the international celebrated chef, decorated with the Michelin guide star, teacher of the Alma, the world’s leading international training centre for Italian Cuisine, founded by Gualtiero Marchesi. Considered one of the young best chefs of Europe, sardinian doc, he combines with a great ability, the regional cuisine with the today’s flavours.
The itinerary will include two dinner events organized by chef Petza: one will be on board of Buena Chica, set in a unique scenario, that is the ruines of the Ancient Roman city of Nora, the other in an exceptional location, surrounded by archaeological monuments, and bounded by an enchanted atmosphere
It will also provide a visit to the one of the most prestigious winery of South Sardinia, where the passionate wine guests will be taken around the vineyards and received in the wine cellar for the wine tasting. Everything will be combined with exclusive and typical sardinian food.
Amazing details and distinctive touches of authenticity will bring our guests through a real emotional experience with unforgettable memories.

M/S “Buena Chica”
In 1945, in Denmark, Nakskov Shipyard conceived the Buena Chica: a powerful icebreaker, 35 meters long and 7 meters wide, able to sail nonstop within 4.000 miles range.
There were only a few months to launch, when the war ended. In Denmark she was used by the Navy in hazardous operations of demining of North Sea, using a "still working“ magnetic device.
In the early '70s she has been converted into a yacht. The first and subsequent refittings (2007/2008) provided the boat of all the modern comforts, without modifying the original structures and equipments, in order to keep the spirit of the ship.
The yacht is equipped with: 7 staterooms, a salon and an indoor dining that together with the large outdoor spaces, make life onboard enjoyable and, at the same time, preserve the guests privacy. The crew, composed of 5 / 6 people, is arranged in separated areas. Smoothness and quietness on navigation, great fuel and water autonomy together with low consumption, make the vessel ideal for long range cruises
The external decks are divided into 3 areas totally exclusive for the guests: At bow there is the sunbathing area with large cushions and deckchairs, on the fly bridge there is a small outdoor gym, on the main deck, there is a large relax area where meals will be served and entertainment will be organized.
The interiors are in classical style and spaces, well arranged and large enough to accommodate a number even higher than the ordinary 14 guests. The ship is fully climatized. All inside commons areas are equipped with TV / Satellite / DVD
Guests rooms have private bathrooms and are: two double spacious and elegant "Master” staterooms, equipped with television, and 5 “guests” staterooms, one double and four with bunk beds, all spacious and comfortable, with most essential finishing, as they had been originally conceived. All cabins are fully climatized.
A ship that still retains the original engines of 75 years ago, can only be conducted by a special captain, as Vincenzo. Deus ex machina of the ship, he is also life organizer on the yacht, attentive to all guests requests. Sailor, fisherman, on the sea for over 30 years, he always knows how to entertain the guests and make them appreciate a safe life on the sea. Vincent will be supported by his staff: an engine driver, 1 deck mate, a cook and two hostesses.
