Infinite Me Spa, found in the heart of Downtown Avalon Park at 13000 Avalon Lake Drive, Ste. 100, officially opened its doors on July 15th. Anticipated to open in the Marketplace at Avalon Park this month, The Juiice Box is bringing their flavorful and healthy menu to the Avalon Park community and beyond. Indulge in the variety of create-your-own smoothies, juices, açaí and pitaya bowls, and salads that highlight their vast menu, as well as wraps and all-day breakfast items.

The Avalon Park YMCA and Connect 2 Kid have once again partnered together with Downtown Avalon Park to bring families in their monthly event: Reading at Sunset. All are invited to participate in this children’s reading club that meets the second Tuesday of each month (August 8th) at 6:30 pm under the trees in front of the Avalon Park YMCA.

Thursday, August 3rd, 6-9 pm, is the 90’s themed Night Market featuring local makers and vendors. Vendors will be set up in Founder’s Square and in front of other businesses throughout Downtown. Join us for an evening of supporting local and taking it back to the 90’s!

The monthly Food Truck Night on Sunday, August 20th, 5-9 pm at Town Park will feature new trucks like Mulata Artisan Pizzeria and Bon Appetit and returning favorites like the Monsta Lobsta truck!

August is also a busy month at the Avalon Park Arts and Culture Center. With a Shrinky Dink Workshop, Sewing Club, Arte en tu Idioma, Barbie Party, and the Artist Reception for the new Community and Collaboration, Friday, August 4th, 5-9 pm, there is something for everyone.
