Happy July!

July 4th is Independence Day. On this holiday, we celebrate the founding of our country, and the values it represents. It has been 246 years since the Declaration of Independence was signed, and much has changed. One thing that hasn’t is our dedication to Liberty, Freedom and Justice for all.

Although kids are currently on summer vacation, the return to schools is right around the corner. I would like to encourage everyone to attend the back to school event that I will co-host with the East Orange Community Center staff. We will be distributing school supplies and materials in a drivethrough format. The event will take place starting at 12:30PM on Wednesday July 27th at the East Orange Community Center located at 12050 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32826. I will also be co-hosting another back to school distribution event with Liv Realty. The event will take place at 12:00PM on Saturday June 30th at 10873 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL 32832. I encourage all families to attend in preparation for the return to schools later this summer.

With temperatures continuing to rise, please don’t forget to apply sunscreen and drink lots of water when outside!
