Custom Directories We produce a range of custom directories in a number of formats to match with your company membership objectives. This can include integrating My Rewards offers and coupons in your diary/member pack or producing custom directories to match your objectives. My Rewards also sources and collates any offers that your company may want to put in your regular “hard copy” communication like printed newsletters. We produce a range of generic directories based upon the clients needs. Our directories contain the following sections:
Internet Connections Members can access fantastic My Rewards services and savings online. The benefits featured in the Internet section allow members to view and book apartment and resort accommodation on the Gold Coast, or choose from 1000’s of other hotels and resorts worldwide. Buy books, magazines, CD’s, gift vouchers and more. Book a concert or show for that special night out. There is something for everyone online… and there are always new member offers being added.
Coupons The coupon section contains a selection of 1,000’s of show & save coupons with over $1000’s in value that can be presented at merchants across the world. To access the saving members present the coupon at participating merchants.
Show & Save Listing The show & save listing offers a selection of the higher value merchant offers available to members. For offers featured in the show & save listing, members show their membership card to access the discount.

My Rewards Online The My Rewards benefit mix is supported by a totally customised website with benefits from over 25,000 unique suppliers promoted throughout the site.
Your Corporate Information All pages and menu items can be customised and rebranded with your company corporate images and text. A number of membership features have been built into the site to allow your company to promote specific information to only your members.
Search Features My Rewards utilises sophisticated database and search engines including an area category search, a keyword search option and Google Maps. Area/Category Search – Allows the user to select the appropriate category and their postcode, city or suburb. Also includes state-wide search options and a surrounding area results feature.

Customer Service My Rewards operates a member service centre that operates 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Our member service centre caters for all membership requirements relating to My Rewards services and providers. Offer Guarantee Service Standards In the unlikely event that a merchant does not honour the offer as shown in the program and the member has met all the conditions, My Rewards will refund the amount equivalent to the saving the member would have received. Your Investment We separate the membership fee from the cost of collateral. Pricing of member packages is variable and will depend on the member directory selected, the member card type and the communication strategy.
