Centre for Non-Profit Leadership
Boys’ Town has been privileged to host the Leadership Conversation Series – Multiple Strategic Partnerships Forum and Learning Journey supported by the Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL) on 22 February 2022.

Strategic partnership has always been an important aspect for non-profit organisations to leverage one another’s strengths and resources to serve our identified clients better. In this forum, we were honoured to have three invited panellists to share and exchange views on our collaborations in adventure programming, respite care, and clinical interventions. These collaborations allowed Boys’ Town and the other agencies to extend our services beyond our current setting and to serve a wider range of clients through various initiatives.
The Learning Journey showcased Boys’ Town’s six key services and respective agencies’ services. It was an informative walk-through session that allowed the guests to better understand the services.

We have also taken this opportunity to launch a new project - Our Milieu Project. This initiative strives to attract and retain a diverse set of professionals that share our commitments to provide relevant services and support, particularly in children and youth mental wellbeing.
