The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing or BINDT is a professional body for engineers and other technical professionals involved in non-destructive testing and condition monitoring in the United Kingdom. The Institute was founded in 1976, by amalgamation of the Society of Non-Destructive Examination (SONDE) and the NDT Society of Great Britain (NDTS), which were both founded in 1954. BINDT maintains PCN (Personnel Certification in NonDestructive Testing). PCN is a personnel certification scheme in NDT methods, welding inspection and condition monitoring, which is accredited by UKAS according to ISO 17024. PCN certification schemes for the major NDT methods conform to BS EN ISO 9712 (2012). PCN condition monitoring certification schemes in Vibration Analysis, Acoustic Emission, Infrared Thermography and Lubrication Management and Analysis conform to the appropriate parts of ISO 1843.

Prior to founding Avenir Labs Shoeb served at Nipuna Services, Osprey Soft, Construction Technical Services Arabia (CTSA) & Syscom Technologies in software development, marketing & general management. During his time at CTSA he championed in Rastanoora refinery and build a strong relationship with other vendors. He heads the business development, client relationships, sales & operations and overall strategy of the company. Avenir Labs was established by Anwar in 2007 with a vision to form an organization where innovation happens every day. Shoeb Anwar is also SAP certified associate in IS Oil and Gas. He is a good spokesperson & has motivated many youngsters for their career foundation. Khaja Hameeduddin Mustafa Mustafa as chief operation officer is responsible for Avenir labs day-to-dayoperations, as well as leading the company’s business development, technology, training, client relationships, and overall strategy of the company. He have given new business area by introducing Smart Academy. Since he joined Avenir Labs in 2011. Mustafa holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from the JNTU, Hyderabad. He is a member of a NGO called FEED & HZCT and also volunteers many other NGO’s in his free time. His biggest passions outside the company are traveling and photography. Prior to joining Avenir labs, he was the manager for business development at Magta Technologies. While there, he spearheaded marketing activities, business strategies for various brands associated with Magta technologies into retail sector. He has 3 years of experience in IT Retail sector and 7 years’ experience in education sector where he guides and council the students for their better career.
Mohammed Ahmed Mohiuddin Ahmed holds a Master of Science (MS) in computer networks from Middlesex University London & Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad. Ahmed defines the road map for all technology and innovation to solve the business problems at Avenir Labs, with a vision to leverage technology. Ahmed along with Mustafa has given excellent products like LearnIT and Evolution Programme. With his support since 2011 Avenir Labs have seen 78% rise in sales. He has previously served in Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and India, as Technical Support Engineer and also actively supported the Sales Team to achieve the sales target. Ahmed leads the strategic initiatives, sales & Technical solutions consulting in the areas of new product introduction, market development and strategic partner development. Apart from daily routine he volunteers and supports Many NGO’s and is Academic adviser to Bashir & Sarwar Babukhan Trust (BSBT), and active member of HZCT.
