In case you did not hear about him he was the founder of the So Florida Chapter of the Luxury Marketing Council. Luxury Marketing Council works not only with Luxury Brand Marketing Managers but with CEO's of some of the top luxury brands in the world such as Lamborghini. Chris was promoting Perla Lichi heavily at at Douglas Rosenbaum's first ever event for Atlantis Salt Cave. Chris has been promoted by Allyn Jacobson as the best speaker in the past "33" years. Perhaps since JFK? A member of the national speakers association and he tailor makes his speeches to conform with the audience yet always comes from the gut!! Want to kayak work? This could happen soon as Aventura Becomes an Active Design City The Florida Department of Health has received a major grant from the Federal Government via the Center for Disease Control. The project was modeled after a similar public works initiative in NYC and will incorporate many healthy benefits to improve local parks, public spaces, intelligent growth and land use, transportation solutions and architecture. The ADM initiative work to will ensure the following: every Aventura resident will have a park space within a quarter mile of residence, public spaces tailor made to include those with disabilities, increase the number of recreation facilities in the city, ensure that the spaces are very accessible, add more water fountains, trees, and better lighting, utilize local nature to improve the landscape, create community gardens where people can pick fresh fruits and vegetables, increase dredged waterfront spaces to facilitate more water sports such as paddle boarding in your neighborhood, provide pet friendly fixtures in public areas and partner with local organizations to sponsor and maintain these new improvements.

3rd Annual Men of Distinction Gala - Hochberg Prep Hochberg Preparatory School is pleased to announce that it will be hosting its 3rd Annual Gala and School Fundraiser. During the gala, we will pay honor to the “Men of Distinction” in the community. The event will take place on Saturday, May 20th at 7:00pm at the Diplomat Golf & Tennis Club in Hallandale Beach.The Honorees’ include: Joel Hochberg, Hochberg Preparatory School Founder; Bob Shelley, City of Aventura Commissioner and Hochberg Preparatory School Trustee; Dr. Mike Cusnir, President of the Medical Staff at the Mount Sinai Medical Center and Medical Director of the Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Center; Dan Tartakovski, and Hochberg Prep School Trustee; Dr. Mike Cusnir, President of the Medical Staff at the Mount Sinai Medical Center and Medical Director of the Mount Sinai Comprehensive
