ABOUT THE MAGAZINE Latin South Florida was founded by Jay Shapiro in 2013 simply as a directory of Latin Music Night Clubs in the South Florida region. As of late May 2017 the website has been receiving about 1000 page views per month with no effort put into building the site. 81.7% of the traffic is from organic searches, 14% from directly typing in the domain name, 2.3% from social media and 2% from referrals. 22% of of readers are in Miami, 8% in Fort Lauderdale, 3.33% in Orlando, 3% in Doral, 3% in Pembroke Pines and 3% in Plantation plus smaller percentages all over the world. The decision was made to convert into magazine format and grow it into a formidable publication serving all of South Florida in 2017.
