“Former Judge offers Complimentary Service to Those in Need – Let John P. Contini Mediate Your Case or Do Your Lawyer Shopping!” Hi, I’m John Contini! As a former Judge I can tell you what the judge in your case will be looking for or considering when making a decision in your case. I can give you this helpful insider-like perspective as to what the Judges today are interested in seeing and hearing, only because I was one of them — and though I won't give you legal advice, I can do one better: I can give you that needed perspective as to what your Judge will want and need to see and hear, before deciding whether to rule in your favor. I am uniquely positioned to connect you with the right lawyer for your situation. Choosing the right lawyer can be a challenge, not unlike finding the right contractor for your home, if only for home improvements. Do you simply look at fancy websites, or talk with a referral service, or do you also talk with other people in the construction business who you trust, other General Contractors and subcontractors who KNOW the very best workers, and most honest home repair contractors? Lawyer referral services are like dating sites, I’m told — not active in helping you choose the right person or lawyer. Those sites simply compile the list of eligible candidates in one very large data base, and then it’s up to YOU to browse and choose the one you’d like to meet based on what the candidates say about themselves, whether they sell you on their overall appearance or whatever else they represent about their abilities, etc. BUT: I will not provide you with any legal advice, but as a former Judge, I will provide you instead with something more helpful and more valuable, and that is, HOW a Judge thinks, or best yet, WHAT your Judge will be looking for — and needing to see and hear, BEFORE ruling in your favor — and I’ll simply share this knowledge with you at no charge, just to be of help to you. Why risk choosing a lawyer rather blindly (based on a google web site search, or what a friend tells you?) when you can know the best lawyer for your situation from the Judge who presided over ALL the lawyers! " www.ContiniSolutions.com Call me, John Contini, @ 954.937.3134, anytime. I’ll be blessed to help you and your family! Thank you.

Herschel Walker endorsed by U.S. Senator Tim Scott, Former Speaker of the U.S. House Newt Gingrich
ATLANTA Herschel Walker recently secured two more major endorsements from top Republican leaders. Last week, U.S. Senator Tim Scott announced on Hannity that he was proudly endorsing Herschel for U.S. Senate. “He’s a conservative,” Senator Scott said. “This is an opportunity for Georgia to get it right. We’re going to elect Herschel Walker, take back the Senate, and then the best is yet to come.” Herschel was also proud to be endorsed by Former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Newt Gingrich. “I am proudly endorsing Herschel Walker to be the next United States Senator from the great state of Georgia,” Speaker Gingrich said. “We need more people like Herschel in Washington – hardworking, genuinely good people with a proven track record of success. Herschel is a legend in my home state of Georgia, and it’s not just because of his tremendous success on the football field. He is a businessman, a philanthropist, a community leader, and will make Georgia proud as our next United States Senator.” # # #
Working Families Face Bidenflation’s Tinsel Tax In polling by the Associated Press, six in ten Americans say gift prices are higher than usual, with 45 percent of American families earning less than $50,000 saying it has been harder to afford gifts this holiday season. In fact, one estimate from America’s Research Group found that Bidenflation is forcing America’s low-income families to slash their holiday budgets by 20 percent. This comes after a new Penn-Wharton analysis found that Bidenflation forced American families to spend around $3,500 more in 2021 to buy the same products as they had in recent years. KEY EXCERPTS: “Emarilis Velazquez is paying higher prices on everything from food to clothing. Her monthly grocery bill has ballooned from $650 to almost $850 in recent months. […] For the holidays, she’s scaling back on gifts. She plans to spend $600 on her three young children instead of $1,000, and she won’t be buying any gifts for relatives.” “Overall, rising prices are changing shopping habits for many Americans. […] [F]or lowerincome households with little or no cash cushions, they’re making harder choices such as whether they can put food on the table or if they’ll have to drastically scale back on holiday presents for their children — or forgo them completely.” “Overall, four in ten Americans say it has been harder to afford the things they want to give as gifts this year. Roughly half say it’s neither easier nor harder, while few say it has been easier. But people in lower income groups are feeling the cost pressures most acutely.” KEY BACKGROUND: The San Francisco Federal Reserve has found that President Biden’s so-called “stimulus” earlier this year contributed to inflation and worsened the labor shortage. (Analysis) A top Federal Reserve official warned in October of growing risks of inflation, including from additional government spending being contemplated by the Biden administration. The IMF announced that the U.S. is tied for the highest level of inflation among the top 35 developed economies. The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) found that a historically high number of small businesses are being forced to raise prices.
Dems’ Spending is Burning Holes in Family Budgets Due to Bidenflation, American families have spent $3,500 more in 2021 to achieve the same level of consumption of goods and services as in previous years (2019 or 2020). American workers have lost three years of real wage growth (and about $377 a month in real wages since March), and the U.S. is tied for the highest level of inflation in the top 35 developed economies.
Newsflash: You can’t propose trillions of dollars in new taxes on job creators and think it helps the economy, and you can’t spend $5 trillion over the decade and think it doesn’t spur inflation. The Washington Examiner editorial board points out that American families are feeling the devastating impacts of Bidenflation, and Democrats’ spending is to blame. Key Excerpts:
“Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, and their Democratic congressional majorities don’t seem to care. They keep binge spending as if drunk, while threatening to spend even more. … Now, Democratic leaders are threatening to spend $4.75 trillion more in the form of Biden’s Build Back Boondoggle bill.” “When Biden says inflation at the retail level has just reached a peak, that’s nonsense. The worst of inflation is yet to come.” “If policymakers just return to what once was normal — ordinary levels of spending, interest rates that are still historically low but at least in the ordinary range — then inflation will abate. Until then, when your family keeps paying 14 percent more for its daily bacon than it did a year ago, blame Powell and the Democratic lawmakers. They are the ones burning holes in your family’s budget.”

Florida Governor Ron Desantis signs Right to Farm Bill #SB88 with overwhelming support:
Governor Ron DeSantis signed SB 88, Farming Operations, preserving Florida’s agricultural heritage and modernizing Florida’s Right to Farm Act which regulates agriculture throughout the state of Florida. The Governor was joined at the bill signing ceremony by Florida farmers, Senate President Wilton Simpson, and bill sponsors, Senator Jason Brodeur and Representative Jayer Williamson, highlighting the strong bipartisan support of SB 88. Speaker Chris Sprowls (R-Palm Harbor) said, “It was a pleasure to partner with President Simpson on his passion project to protect Florida’s agriculture industry. With his leadership, Florida’s farming land remembered will never be forgotten. The Right to Farm law recognizes the importance of the agriculture industry to Florida’s economy and putting food on our tables. It gives farmers the protections they need to do their job without fear of nuisance lawsuits. I’ve often said that you occasionally need a doctor, you sometimes need a lawyer, but you’ll always need a farmer – three times a day.” Steve Singleton, owner of Singleton and Sons Farm located in Hastings, Florida said, “My family and I have been farming on hundreds of acres for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on our family motto: ‘Save your money, work hard, and be patient.’ Our values are focused on finding innovative ways to farm and combat the rising concern of food insecurity. Thank you, Governor DeSantis, for signing Senate Bill 88 into law. Now we can focus on work that matters for the farm and for our community. My sons will be able to continue the legacy of our family-owned operation without the threat of costly and detrimental nuisance lawsuits.” Shedrick McGriff, recipient of the 2018 Outstanding Farm Family of Jackson County, Florida said, “When it comes to farming, I have a philosophy: ‘You do your part, and let the Lord do his part.’ That’s why I do everything I can to support a successful harvest season. However, the growing threat of nuisance lawsuits can be a costly distraction from our efforts to see, grow and harvest our crop. I’m grateful to Governor Ron DeSantis for signing Senate Bill 88 into law this year. This legislation strengthens Florida’s Right to Farm, allowing us to focus on what we do best: raising peanuts, cotton, peas, corn hay and beef cows!” Matt Griffin, Recipient of the Young Farmers & Ranchers’ 2020 Excellence in Agriculture Award and a farm manager in Lake County, Florida said, “Agriculture is one of our state’s key pillars historically and economically. The industry is constantly facing old and new challenges alike and continues to try and stand tall to those presently faced. One such challenge as we know is that of the increasing threat of nuisance and costly lawsuits. These actions could unintentionally or not undermine the foundation of one of our state’s chief economic drivers. Senate Bill 88 being signed will help to ensure the longevity of Florida agriculture and Florida’s farmers, ranchers and agriculturalists to thrive. It also helps to ensure that young professionals like myself and others can be part of an industry that has a rich legacy, but also a bright and vibrant future. I applaud and thank Governor Ron DeSantis for his support and everyone that helped make this possible.” Representative Jayer Williamson (R-Pace) said, “This is a law that protects Florida farmers who are doing the right thing from nuisance lawsuits. If you are breaking environmental laws this law will not give you any safe harbor.” Janet Taylor, Glades Lives Matter, said, “Our communities depend on farming for jobs, community support, and food to feed our families. We appreciate Governor DeSantis for recognizing the farmers need to have long-term certainty so that they can continue to provide our state with jobs and food for our nation.”
Brady, McCarthy, House Republican Committee Leaders Introduce the Commitment to Defeat the Virus and Keep America Healthy Act! WASHINGTON — The top Republican on the House Ways and Means Committee Kevin Brady (R-TX) joined House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Rep. Richard Hudson (R-NC), Energy and Commerce Republican Leader Greg Walden (R-OR), and Appropriations Republican Leader Kay Granger (R-TX) in introducing H.R. 14, the Commitment to Defeat the Virus and Keep America Healthy Act.Upon introduction the bill, Rep. Brady released the following statement:“Defeating Covid-19 means investing in healthy families and safe workplaces, and becoming medically independent from China.“Through tax incentives we expand access to affordable, quality health care, help businesses create safe workplaces for their employees and customers, and reward businesses for producing crucial medicines and medical supplies here in America rather than in China.“While Democrats sabotage the economy and deny crucial Covid aid ahead of the election. Republicans are focused on accelerating treatments and cures, helping families and reconnecting workers with their jobs.” Key Points: Unlike Speaker Pelosi’s massive bill, H.R. 14 is a serious, targeted proposal that builds off the lessons learned during the pandemic and ensures future preparedness, as well as addresses immediate needs on testing and vaccine distribution. This is not a partisan wishlist like we’ve seen from House Democrats; this legislation is made up of bipartisan proposals that could and would actually become law.Innovation is what will help us defeat COVID-19 and Republicans have shown time and time again we are serious about supporting and protecting innovation across our health care system. This proposal ensures Americans, especially seniors, can access the care they need – whether it be mental health or telehealth services. This bill includes commonsense polices to help families that are struggling with child care and health care costs by expanding access to tax-free spending and saving for these needs. This bill builds on the work done by the administration to strengthen our Strategic National Stockpile so we can better respond to COVID-19 and future public health emergencies. We’ve seen the impact over reliance on foreign countries like China can have, especially during a public health emergency, and this legislation would strengthen critical domestic health care supply chains.
Kelly Corrects the Record on Dems’ Health Care Claims in Subcommittee Hearing The top Republican on the Ways and Means Oversight Subcommittee Mike Kelly (R-PA) delivered the following opening statement at a Subcommittee hearing. “Thank you for holding this hearing today, Mr. Chairman.“First and foremost, this is a very tough time. My thoughts and prayers go out to anyone who has lost a family member or loved one from this virus.“And during this time, the cost of health care is on the minds of many Americans, so I appreciate the opportunity to discuss these issues today.“Our health care system is far from perfect.“But, with a hearing like this, I’m also reminded of how fortunate we are to live in a country with access to the most innovative health care on the planet. “As I sit here today, we have made positive progress on stabilizing the ACA’s exchanges: Insurance premiums are down, coverage choices are up, and enrollment is stable. “Sadly, many Democrats simply want an unpopular and partisan government takeover of health care when we should be working together to lower costs and increase coverage options.“Their one-size-fits-all approach is wrong—their plans will take choice away from hard working Americans in my district who like their current health insurance.“The Affordable Care Act is ten years old. Much of that law has changed in the last ten years—on a bipartisan basis. Yet Democrats keep looking to the past rather than working together to improve the future for the American people.“But we can build on recent successes in health care policy by continuing to bring down premium prices and by increasing coverage choices for all Americans!“I hope we can stop the fear mongering on this issue and come together in the near future to work on bipartisan reforms that will improve the lives of our constituents.“Thank you Mr. Chairman, I yield back.” “Democrats have been trying to block these efforts, using scare-tactics to stop the progress of this Administration.“What tactics? Well, like saying that Republicans would eliminate coverage for folks with pre-existing conditions, which couldn’t be further from the truth.
