Borque Group Realty, LLC

Joins Luxury Chamber of Commerce

Mutual Motivation to Assist Victims of Turkish Earthquake Disaster

Borque Group Realty recently joined Luxury Chamber after its founder Jay Shapiro sent an email blast indicating plans to dedicate the next three chamber events to promoting awareness of and directly assisting victims of the disaster in Gaziantep and the entire Southeast region of Turkey. The Borque Realty Group is an American company based in Miami, FL which consists mostly of experienced Turkish speaking Realtors. Headed by Hilal Borque the group plans do everything in its power to help the widows and survivors in the motherland.

Luxury Chamber of Commerce is a for-profit networking group dedicated to conjoining Purveyor's of Luxury, Non-Profits and members of Polite Society at uniquely themed cocktail affairs.

During a typical business cycle the chamber strives to honor a local non-profit at an evening cocktail event by donating a table to the charity and a small percentage of ticket sales. Considering the extreme nature of the disaster at hand the chamber Founder and President decided to forgo local charities and dedicate three events in a row to making a difference for Turkey and those affected.

Going into action Jay registered turkishevent.org and pointed it to the Turkish page on Mediterranean Magazine's website and immediately created a gofundme fundraiser which will be utilized to make the next three chamber events higher quality and larger in scope so that more direct donations can find their way to those in need. As part of the Initiative, Unicoin will invest in works by internationally acclaimed icons and emerging global artists who are redefining the contemporary art scene and fund original NFT collections and digital twins of selected paintings to help artists reach the millions of consumers who are interested in owning digital assets.

"Unicoin is focused on providing value to its holders by building a valuable asset portfolio of potentially high-performing investments. Art is a unique asset class with a market valued at more than $61 billion and the emergence of digital assets and NFTs are redefining the way people collect and invest," said Silvina Moschini, Founder, President, and Chairwoman of Unicoin. "We are proud to take the initiative to invest in artists who are changing the world while building a diversified portfolio of valuable assets that could provide positive returns for our holders."

Unlike Bitcoin and other early crypto coins, Unicoin is backed by a portfolio of diverse assets, which includes equity in growth-stage companies. As a result of this Initiative, art will become a new asset class for the Unicoin portfolio, which is expected to reach a value of $500 million by the end of 2023.

"Mind Games is a series that I am extremely proud of, and I am thrilled that one of its pieces was chosen as the first for this innovative initiative," said Sebastian Masegosa, Visual Artist. "Blockchain technology and digital art is opening a whole new world of opportunity for artists like me, and I am looking forward to launching the NFT collections with Unicoin in the near future."
