AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING TRAINING
EXCELLENCE IN AVIATION TRAINING
INTERNATIONAL
AVIATION AUSTRALIA
Train in world class facilities Aviation Australia is a government owned aviation training facility that delivers internationally recognised, world class aircraft maintenance engineering courses.
How do I apply to train at Aviation Australia?
Aviation Australia’s internationally recognised courses and technical training offer a study pathway to a career in international aviation. Our training facility is located at Brisbane International Airport in Australia.
We are an approved European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 147 Training Organisation which allows us to deliver basic category training - Mechanical (TB1) and Avionics (TB2) courses - significantly reducing the timeframe for licensing. We are also approved by EASA to conduct the theory exams for EASA modules, meaning that students who have passed these exams with Aviation Australia do not need to sit these exams again before applying for an EASA licence (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer). Aviation Australia students learn real skills on real aircraft in our European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) approved 147 training facility. Our on campus fleet of aircraft include a Fokker 28 jet, a Boeing 727 jet, a Piper Navajo and two Beechcraft King Air. Our helicopter fleet currently includes a Bell JetRanger and a Robinson R44.
