Practical In-flight Service is a 5 day course designed by Aviation English Asia to prepare prospective flight attendants for common situations that they could expect to encounter during in-flight duties.
The course instructor has almost 8 years flying experience as a purser for both Hong Kong based airlines and one of the UK's largest carriers. She is also a professional make-up artist with qualifications in TV and film makeup from with an Oscar winning master in Australia.
The next course is due to begin on the 6th April 2009 in Hong Kong and it will be limited to 15 people.
The course costs $6000 HKD and includes all course materials and a first aid certificate issued by Red Cross.

Michael J Egerton Michael J Egerton is the Managing Director of Aviation English Asia Ltd. He is very passionate about both aviation and language training and has been training airline employees since 2006. He lives in Hong Kong and frequently visits flight clubs throughout Asia. He is committed to providing the best support possible for learners to guide them through the learning process.
Stephen Maule Stephen is the Academic Director of Aviation English Asia Ltd. He is a keen aviator and has been a full time lecturer for Chinese University Hong Kong, University of Newcastle, Nottingham University and been an examiner for Cambridge. He is currently in Bangkok developing a syllabus for training flight attendants.
Joanna Fong Joanna has over 8 years flying experience and has worked for both Hong Kong and UK based carriers. She is very passionate about training and personal development and prides herself on her ability to help people achieve their dreams.
