The tour will begin with a visit to HAECO’s well-equipped hangars, where delegates will have a close-up view of various aircraft undergoing maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. They will spectate on HAECO’s highly skilled technicians and engineers in action as they perform maintenance tasks to ensure the airworthiness and operational efficiency of the aircraft, The delegates will explore HAECO’s advanced avionics, structures and component workshops, where they will get insights into the processes involved in avionics/mechanical removals, installations, modifications, and repairs. They will have the chance to observe dedicated teams working with precision and employing innovative techniques to deliver top-quality solutions. Additionally, they will learn about HAECO’s tooling/equipment and advanced testing capabilities. By the end of the HAECO Hong Kong tour, delegates will leave with a comprehensive understanding of our capabilities, technologies, and the high standards it upholds. HAESL Facility Tour
Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL) is a world-class highly experienced specialist in the overhaul, repair and testing of Rolls-Royce Trent 700 and XWB engines and the “Go-To Shop” for Rolls-Royce RB211-524 and Trent 800 engines. With an annual throughput of approximately 360 engines, HAESL has overhauled over 5,000 Rolls-Royce RB211 and Trent engines for over 50 global airlines since inception in 1997. The guided-shop tour will enable you to explore HAESL’s streamlined “Engine Repair Journey” from engine/module strip, cleaning, inspection, component repair, engine/module assembly to engine testing. Discover HAESL’s modern engine overhaul and component repair shopfloor, its state-of-the-art engine test facility, as well as the very latest technology used for repairing today’s widebody aero engines.
