WELCOME

I am proud to welcome you to the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Middle East and Aircraft Interiors Middle East (AIME), taking place from 1 – 2 March 2023 at Dubai World Trade Centre.

With more than four billion passengers expected to take to the skies in 2023 , the outlook for the global aviation industry looks optimistic.

The global cabin interiors market is projected to increase by 47% over the next 4 years whilst the global MRO market attained a value of USD 549.8 billion in 2022 and is expected to expand at a CAGR of 3% in the next 5 years.

In the Middle East specifically, we are seeing countries such as the UAE and Saudi Arabia investing heavily in their aviation sectors, the launch of new airlines and the rise in competition across the region coupled with an increasing demand for in-flight entertainment and connectivity.

MRO Middle East and Aircraft Interiors Middle East offers the largest platform in the region for airlines and industry to meet. It is wonderful to see so many new and returning partners, guests, exhibitors and sponsors come together to discover the latest trends, discuss upcoming projects and explore world-class innovation and technologies that are shaping the future of our industry.

The Airline Hosted Buyer programme has been further expanded to bring new MEASA airlines investing currently in interiors and aftermarket services, the newly developed On Board Hub will offer live workshops and innovative product demonstrations whilst the Go Live! Theatre will bring global thought leaders to the regional stage.

Once again, I am delighted to welcome you to Dubai, and I wish you a successful show.
