Bridging the Gender Gap: How to Attract, Retain & Grow a Diverse Workforce
The aviation industry is facing a talent shortage. Meanwhile the demand for maintenance services is growing and the workforce is aging. However, women are still under-represented in the industry, especially in leadership roles. This panel will discuss how we can attract, retain and develop more female representation and increase diversity in the industry. Where are there success stories and what can we learn from them? Where are we falling short as an industry? Are we moving quickly enough? Is the disparity between genders linked with the industry’s image? What are we doing to address this?
