LETTING YOUR LOVE SHINE ALL MONTH LONG

THIS ISSUE is a love letter to where we live. We counted the ways we love our home, our community, our state, and although the list is endless, we edited it down, leaving room for you to add to your own letter of affection to our treasured Colorado. It’s the coarseness and strength combined with acuteness and acquisitiveness that make us all feel alive here. We’re a state of risk-takers and dreamers, hearty souls with vision and persistence that allows us to let our love shine, and it’s a thing of beauty.

A case in point is the frontier mentality of Willis Wood and the team at RiNo Sign Works for their work on the critically acclaimed Meow Wolf | Convergence Station. Although the world we live in hasn’t been all chocolate and roses lately, we spoke with some Coloradans who have transformed their heartaches and health issues into passion projects. These life-altering experiences have allowed them to share their hearts in ways that are positively impacting our entire community.
