Here at Harmony, everyone has made it onto the nice list. Your present? An invite to Harmony’s Christmas by Candlelight!
Come together with neighbours new and old in Flintwood Crescent Park from 4pm to 8pm on Saturday 14 December to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year!
The festivities will include judging for the Christmas Lights Competition, photos with Santa, Carols by Candlelight, face painting, food trucks and more!

The winners of our annual Christmas Lights competition will score the most coveted prizes in Santa’s Sack:
1. Judges Choice - $3,000 Prezzee Gift Card
2. People’s Choice - $2,000 Prezzee Gift Card
3. Runner Up - $1,000 Prezzee Gift Card
To enter, simply submit two photos or one video via Harmony’s Facebook Messenger before 5pm Thursday 12 December. Don’t forget to include your full name, address, mobile and email address to be in the running!
Winners will be announced at the Harmony Christmas by Candlelight event on Saturday 14 December.
This year, Harmony is encouraging residents to choose the joy of giving this Christmas by purchasing a gift and donating to the Property Industry Foundation and BABI.
BABI is the leading youth and family service provider in the Wynnum and Redlands region, and recommended items include non-perishable goods like cereal, long-life milk, body wash, shampoo, holiday treats, and gift cards for fresh produce.
Drop off donations at the Harmony Sales & Information Centre from Monday 11 November – Sunday 15 December.

Julie from Full Body Fitness led the competitors to some incredible results over the last six weeks, coaching, motivating and pushing Harmony residents to achieve their goals and ultimately supporting a lifestyle that they’ve loved.

Exciting progress is underway, with key infrastructure milestones set to enhance connectivity, convenience, and community living for all residents.
Construction Commenced: November 2024
Anticipated Completion: October 2025
Construction is in full swing for District Collector Road 3, an important project that will connect Peter Crosby Way to the Bruce Highway. Once completed, this road will:
» Provide improved access to the main arterial routes, connecting south to Brisbane and north to Noosa.
» Alleviate traffic within the Harmony community, particularly along Harmony Boulevard and Tranquillity Way.
» Offer direct access to the future town centre, enhancing convenience for residents and visitors alike when it is delivered in the coming years.

Anticipated Commencement: Mid-2025
Anticipated Completion: Late-2026
The Southern Road Link will be a transformative addition, connecting between Peter Crosby Way to Caloundra Road and providing direct access to the southern Sunshine Coast region. This road is planned to include:
» A 4km north-south route connecting the future Harmony Town Centre to the Caloundra Road and Racecourse Road interchange at Meridan Plains
» At least one lane in each direction, with passing lanes for smoother traffic flow
This road work is required infrastructure and is the result of close collaboration between AVID, Sunshine Coast Council, Palmview landowners, the state government, and the wider community.

Anticipated Completion: Early-2026
The Claymore Drive Intersections aims to improve traffic flow from Palmview to Sippy Downs and enhance pedestrian safety as part of our ongoing commitment to infrastructure excellence. There are four intersections along Claymore Road which will be upgraded, including the ones at University Drive/Peter Crosby Way, Fitzwilliam Drive, Albany Street and Sippy Downs Drive which have various upgrades planned in 2025.

This infrastructure project will significantly increase the sewer network’s capacity, paving the way for further development within Harmony. This enhanced capacity is designed to support the growing needs of the Harmony community and its future developments such as the Town Centre.
