SUSTAINABILITY At New Base Business Park, we have implemented an innovative, precinct scale approach to Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD). By integrating WSUD principles from precinct inception, the development has improved the quality of local creeks, and reduced the risk of downstream flooding.
