Your home is yours to own
When you live at a Vantage address, you can be reassured in the knowledge that your home is owned by you, and covered by the builder’s structural guarantee. This means that once you have moved in, you’re free to style your interiors to your tastes and preferences and customise your surroundings as you wish.

Once you are in your home, should you wish to make any amendments to the exterior, a discussion with the Vantage team and approval of your plans is required.

You lease the land from us
While you own the title on your new home, Vantage retains ownership of the land. Instead of purchasing, you’ll lease the land on which your home is built, making for a simpler, more affordable living option. And since you don’t have to pay for the land, you can put those savings towards the things you’d much rather spend your money on.
No land fees to pay
In addition to not paying for the actual land, you’ll also avoid the associated land ownership costs.
That means you save on stamp duty and conveyance fees, and you’ll never need to pay ongoing council rates because Vantage takes care of them all.
Simple, weekly lease fees
All homeowners enter into a long-term lease agreement for their land with Vantage. The fee is automatically deducted via direct debit as per your agreed payment schedule. Not only does this mean you can set and forget the payments, but it also gives you peace of mind knowing that your lease agreement is secure.
Lease fee inclusions
The set lease fees, known as ‘site fees’ are specific to each community. Along with covering the costs of operation, they offer all Vantage residents valuable benefits including:

Government support for residents

Your household costs
As a homeowner, your household and living expenses will still be your responsibility. Typically, these expenses include:

Depending on your Vantage community, on-site storage options may be available to hire on a short or longer-term basis.

To get a taste of all the wonderful things that life at Vantage can offer, we recommend taking a Discovery Tour of your preferred community.
One of our welcoming, knowledgeable sales team members will take you through the home designs and indulgent facilities whilst answering any questions you have about buying and living at your chosen Vantage address.
Visit the sales and information centre
Whether you’ve already had a Discovery Tour or just calling in to make enquiries, a visit to the on-site sales and information centre is a must. Over a freshly brewed tea or coffee, you’ll be able to chat with one of the team about what you are looking for, have your questions answered, and go through the steps to starting your new life at Vantage.
Select your design and location
Every resident is unique, which is why Vantage offers a choice of homes with different floorplans and façades. Our team will go through the options with you, so you can select your preferred design or location with the confidence of knowing everything else will be taken care of.
Secure your home
Once you’ve found your ideal home, you can secure it as yours with an initial fully refundable deposit. This will reserve it in your name giving you time to coordinate your finances or arrange the sale of your existing home.
Add your style
Now it’s time to add your personal touch. Once again, our team will be on hand to guide you in choosing available colour schemes and finishes, and explain customisation options. Your choices will then be confirmed upon receipt of an inclusions payment. At this point, deposits paid are no longer refundable.
Make it yours
The final stage of the purchasing journey is the important paperwork. We’ll run through the Home Purchase Agreement with you for your new home and the Site Agreement regarding the lease of your land, to make sure you fully understand the details and have all your queries answered. Then, there’s just one final progress deposit, with the final balance due upon the completion of your new home.

Vantage draws on the experience and knowledge of AVIDConnect – our dedicated customer service program.
This means we’ll be with you all the way home – keeping you updated on how the construction is coming along and providing advice on preparing to move into your new home.
In addition to a dedicated Customer Ambassador, you’ll also have round-the-clock access to your own personalised customer portal, where you can find all the information you need in one place, including key build dates and milestones, as well as important documentation.
Settlement and settling in
As the big day approaches, we’ll take you on a tour of your newly completed home, and explain the process for handover, including how to complete the final payment (i.e. the remainder of the balance). We’ll also set you up with online concierge service that details everything you need to know about making the most of your wonderful new community.

Once you are ready to settle with a purchaser, they will enter into a new site agreement on the land, releasing you from any further site fees.

We want your experience with Vantage to be nothing short of positive, with absolute transparency. It’s why we don’t charge a deferred management fee or take a percentage of the profits of sale.
This means that when you sell, you can be sure that 100% of any capital gains, excluding any selling fees, are entirely yours to keep.
