Your Step-By-Step Guide to Buying a Villaworld Home

Visit your new home with your dedicated Customer Ambassador. Settlement and handover of the keys to your new home! 1 2 3 4 5

Meet with us to discover a brand-new home prefect for you – don’t forget to bring your pre-approval letter from your bank or broker. Once you have chosen your new home, our team will complete a Sales Advice form for you to sign. A $1,000* initial deposit will then be required to secure your new home while construction continues.

We will now prepare your contact of sale. Once received please review, sign and return to us within 14 days.

Once received we will execute the contract by counter-signing it and we’ll send a copy to your solicitor or conveyancer.

Join us for your NEXT STEPS MEETING with your Customer Ambassador and Sales Team. Your solicitor or conveyancer explains the contract details. Your bank or broker undertakes the finance approval process (21-45 days depending on timing of construction).

Secure your new home

Pre-approval of finance is one of the first exciting steps to securing your new home. Once you have a pre-approval letter from your bank or broker, simply send a copy to the AVID Sales Team to get the process underway.

You’ll also need to fill out and sign a Sales Advice form, show ID and pay an initial deposit* to secure your dream home.

Then supply the Sales Team:

• A copy of your deposit receipt;

• Your signed Sales Advice form; and

• Your pre-approval of Finance.

Sign your contract of sale

The Sales Team will draw up your Contract of Sale for you to read through and sign. The contract will be sent and signed electronically, alternatively a hard copy can be signed with our Sales Team.

Please remember that your Contract of Sale must be signed and returned within 48 hours of receiving your copy unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

AVID countersigns your contract of sale

Once the AVID Team has received your Contract of Sale, it will be countersigned and dated within 24 hours – provided all sections have been completed and there are no amendments to the terms that haven’t already been agreed to.

You and your legal representative will receive a fully executed contract electronically.

Contact your nominated legal representative

Your Contract of Sale will also be sent to your nominated legal representative, who will then contact you to go through the timeframes and conditions of your contract, such as:

• Finance

• Payment of balance deposit

• Settlement

• Any other conditions relevant to your Contract of Sale.

Sign your contract of sale

Settlement occurs either 14 days from finance approval or when we notify you/your legal representative that your home is complete –whichever is later. Please contact your legal representative to confirm this.

Our Sales Team will greet you at your new home to hand over your keys.

Now settlement is complete, It’s time to move in and start enjoying your brand new home.
