Ordering Process: Step One: Peruse our catalog and choose a design you like and the items you need. Decide on how many of each item you need, the colors and envelopes you want. Once you have these details in hand, please contact us for a full quote.
Step Two: Once you receive your quote from us, review it carefully and let us know if any changes are needed. Once the quote is approved, you will be required to pay half of the total balance before we get started.
Step Three: Once you have paid the deposit, we will create proofs of each of your items. We will work with you on the proofs until they are perfect. Once you have approved the proofs, the remainder of your balance will be due.
Step Four: Once you have paid the remainder of your balance, we will print your invitations and ship them out to you.
Policies: Payment: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, personal checks and paypal payment.
Proofs: A proof will be issued within 24 hours of ordering. There is no charge for proofs and there is no limit to the number of proofs. The final proof must be approved before your order will be printed.
Errors: Should Avie Designs make a mistake on your order, we will re-print your order and overnight it at our cost. If a mistake is made by the customer, Avie Designs will re-print the order with a 25% discount.
Rush Orders: Please contact us ahead of time should you need to rush your order. We will do everything in our power to accommodate your request but rushing your order may not be available at all times.
Outer Envelopes: White or Ivory outer invitation envelopes are available for $12.00/25 envelopes.
Samples: Please contact us for samples, we will be happy to accommodate your request if possible.
Frequently Asked Questions: What types of printing do you offer? At this time, we only offer flat, digital printing. Except of course for our laser cut items.
I want a custom design, can you do that? Yes! We love custom design. Please contact us first so that we can confirm that we are available to devote the time needed to providing you with a custom design. We will talk with you about your ideas and provide a full quote with an estimation of the time frame it will take to complete them.
How long do the invitations take to print? Once you have approved your proof, the invitations will ship in 7-10 business days. Proof approval can take awhile since we both want to make sure everything is perfect so we recommend placing your order about a month before you would like to have them in your hands.
When should I send out my invitations? It is customary to mail your wedding invitations 6 weeks before the wedding.
I already have my design, can you print it for me? We are happy to print your design but on a case by case basis, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this matter with you.
Can I buy a digital file of your design to print myself? Unfortunately, no.
