THIRD FLOOR

The program was organized according to the amount of light needed. Finally a screen facade was designed to moderate light according to the needs of the program. The corner then becomes another public space for passersby to use however they like - lunch, skateboarding, etc.

Conceptual cut showing a sliver of the claustra facade. The concrete blocks act as light shelves, blocking high summer light while letting in low winter light.
