Bergisel Ski Jump

Built in 2002 by Zaha Hadid. This landmark was created in Innsbruck, Austria. The form of this shape shows the context of a flowing line connecting to a clean-cut volume. The spatial aspect inside the building seems complex as you walk through it. It serves as both a tower and a bridge. The tower is the main body of the structure and makes the building stick out from the mountain tops of the alpine landscape. 7

The Rosenthal Center for Contemporary art was designed by Zaha Hadid in 2003 and is in Cincinnati, Ohio. her goal was to play around with the integration of interior and exterior. The form of this structure allowed for light to penetrate most of the building. The corner of the buildings shows two facades that includes metal, glass and cement horizontal blocks to reveal how the exhibition spaces vertically develop.

BMW Plant Cental Building

Designed in 2005, the BMW plant central building is in Leipzig, Germany. Zaha Hadid wanted to concentrate on the channels of communication just as the gravitational field came from the central building. The spatial aspect of the lobby shows the interior views of the work areas in domains of this dynamic field. this project shows integration between white-collar personnel and the manual workforce. The flexibility of space presents this. 11

Heydar Aliyev Center

The Heydar Aliyev Center is a cultural center built in 2007 in Baku, Azerbaijan. Zaha Hadid used formations that included undulations and folds to welcome the visitors into its interior. She also did this to contrast the architectural object and the surrounding urban landscape. She established hierarchial space by including Islamic architecture sequences of columns to flow like forest trees. The structure is a concrete building combined with a space frame system making it stand out in Baku. 12
