Events that Inspire Due to social distancing requirements, Avila University’s 103rd graduating class faced unprecedented obstacles in the final months of their college career. Despite these challenges, nearly 400 new alumni earned and received their degrees in May. “I am proud of the Class of 2020—not only for their academic achievements, athletic feats and community service—but also for their dedication in these past few months while weathering unprecedented worries and concerns,” Avila President Ronald A. Slepitza Ph.D., CSJA said.
Commencement The Class of 2020 will be invited to walk across the stage with their classmates during next May’s commencement exercises.
