Developed site plan, street design and parking plan.  Adroitly enabled trips to key destinations, by re‐routing TAMU shuttle service, to upgrade living conditions of 2100 transit‐ dependent international students (5% of total student population) in Bryan‐College Station (BCS).  Conscientiously performed operations and feasibility analysis of the new light rail transit system in BCS – Carried out strategic planning, environmental impact assessment, market analysis, realignment alternatives, and transit oriented development.  Proposed a literature review that discusses the applications of GIS in public transportation planning, policy‐setting and decision making process.  Developed a Riverfront Development Plan – planned and designed a religio‐spiritual tourist precinct to enhance the cultural integrity and tourism in Haridwar ‐ a heritage city in India. PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS AND MEETINGS  Presented in a Public Hearing in front of Sealy City Council, Sealy Economic Development Corporation, and residents of Sealy.  Attended Public Meetings with City of Galveston Planning and Community Development Department, and Comprehensive Planning Committee.
