AL NASHAMA CAPS Some caps are stiffened in center front to accommodate the embroidered logo and this may be accomplished by sewing various kinds of stiffeners in the two front panels. Sweatbands may be cotton or even thin leather depending on the company or customer.
1.EMBROIDERY This design will be in embroidery form. You can use single run stitch and double run stitch for highlight separate color.
2.EMBROIDERY This logo will be in embroidery. And this should be place in front side of cap. Try to use satin effect in “BASKETBALL” so it will be more visible then ball. Because I want to highlight this large text in this logo.
3.SCREEN PRINT This logo will be in print. And this should be place in peak side of the cap. This logo should be emboss print as you can see in first image on cap where I placed this logo.
