Leave us a key If you do decide to use our services, please remember to leave a key with us at Guest Services so we can gain access to your holiday home and carry out the protection services you have chosen.

Timely reminder Each winter we will send you a reminder letter that offers a variety of services to protect your holiday home. We can offer you a wide range of services and protection measures to avoid the hassle of cleaning and employing contractors yourself. These services include:

Don’t take the risk It’s a frustrating truth that every year there are always a few Holiday Home Owners that decide to take the risk of not winterising their holiday home and are faced with a large repair bill for the damage, which is uninsured. Winters can and do get particularly cold with regular temperatures below freezing. So please, don’t take the risk! Winter Services 2021-2022 Holiday Home Winterisation - £82.50

Important We will not automatically drain down your holiday home, you will need to inform us in writing using the drain down form available in October each year.

If you require gas testing, refill will take place a few days before you wish to start using your holiday home.
