Owners Feedback Meeting :

Key points from the meeting on June 11th 2023

Children driving buggies on park, buggies with no lights & drivers using mobile phones:

All owners driving buggies must have a full driving licence, fully insured, and follow the rules of the highway code on park. Please see following page for more info.

Too many cars parking at holiday homes : We allow 2 cars per holiday home, overspill is in the main carpark.

Electric scooters not adhering to the speed limits/ riders not wearing head protection: All users must wear head protection and adhere to the park speed limit (Please see information to the left).

Are we doing Owners swims?:

We are finalising these with the Leisure team and will communicate the times on third place social.

Friends and family passes:

We are delighted to continue with the Friends and Family passes this year. Please see T&Cs below:

- This offer will run from March 1st 2023 and will be reviewed seasonally

- A maximum of 4 Friends and Family Passes can be signed out at any one time free of charge.

- Friends and Family Passes can only be requested by the registered owner of the holiday home by visiting Owner Services with the friend/family member/s the passes are required for.

- Passes can be signed out for a maximum of 3 days at any one time.

- Friends and Family Passes allow pass holders entrance into the facilities and no other special circumstances will be considered.

To sign out Friend and Family passes, the registered owner who signs, must have a current in-date owner pass.

- In the instance of needing more passes, additional passes are available at a charge of £20 per pass.

- Those with Friend and Family Passes must be accompanied into the venue by the registered owner who signed for the passes.

- For use by friends and family only, not private rental guests.

- Away resorts hold the right to refuse passes to owners who misuse the system.

Air conditioning units:

Friendly reminder: Air conditioning units can no longer be installed in holiday homes. These units require a large amount of power, like the hot tubs we have on site. With air conditioning units on top of this, it would have too much of a strain on our electrical infrastructure, resulting in potential blackouts.

To ensure safety, please consult an approved contractor and seek approval from the general manager before conducting any work on your holiday home.

Dogs:

Please make sure you are not leaving your lovely dogs in the holiday home, especially in this hot weather. Good news for the pooches, we now have a doggy menu available, which includes ice cream for these summer days!

Insurance, gas & electric certificates:

Please ensure that all insurance documents are up to date and a copy of the schedule is sent through to our owner services team.

It is your responsibility that gas tests (annual tests) and electrical tests (every three years) are conducted and booked in before falling out of date.

Please eBook through ourselves or by one of our approved contractors and give a copy of the certificates to owner services.
