Annual Holiday Home Running Costs 2021
There is an annual pitch fee that is paid by all holiday home owners and covers the following:
• Up to 8 owners passes enabling
FREE access to and use of the park facilities (some extra activities carry a small charge) • Use of our family entertainment venues to enjoy shows, cabarets, dancing and other organised events • Membership of our children’s clubs for the younger ones • Exclusive owners parties and events throughout the season • 12 month holiday use is available at an additional £390 on top of listed pitch fees. Your holiday home can not be used as a main residence.
We also carry out other duties that are covered by the pitch fee which include:
• Park landscaping and gardening services • Refuse disposal • Road and drainage maintenance • Park street lighting • Park security systems.
Pitch fees run from the 1st January - 31st December and are charged on a pro-rata basis from the date of purchase and then annually. You are welcome to choose to pay via our monthly direct debit scheme and conveniently spread payment over 10 months for which an £18 a month administration charge is levied. Your annual pitch fee can be found in your Pitch Licence agreement

The following charges are also made to all holiday home owners and are reviewed annually.
Annual Rates
Gas
Electricity Includes business rates and water charges, These annual rates run from February 1st to January 31st charged on a pro-rata basis from the date of purchase and then annually.
Gas is supplied in bottles (initial bottle included) and is charged as used. Replacement bottles can be ordered from Owner Services and include delivery, connection and collection of your empty. Alternatively it is supplied via a meter, which is charged at a unit price for usage. Gas where metered is billed twice yearly.
The current annual rates can be found in your Pitch Licence agreement
Electricity is charged as used and invoiced three times a year
Optional services
Winterisation
We strongly recommend that you “drain down” your holiday home during the winter months to protect your home from potential frost damage. We can provide this service at a cost of £82.50 or you can employ a contractor or carry out the work yourself. Managed Letting Service
