for you and your adorable pooch to enjoy

Bembridge Beach Visit the most easterly point in the Isle of Wight, Bembridge Beach. This beach is quite rare in the fact that dogs are allowed to bound along the shore line all year round! Bembridge also plays host to a number of restaurants and cafés that welcome dogs!

Alverstone Mead Nature Reserve A woodland walk through the wet meadows of Alverstone. The river runs alongside the walk, perfect for your dog to cool off! On the way there you’ll also stumble across Pedallers, a dog-friendly café serving dog treats and water! It is advised however to keep dogs on leads during your time here.

Field of Hope Park up for free at the car park based in School Close and head to the bottom of the car park for the start of your walk. The walk compromises of plenty of grassland, pawfect for your dog to stretch their legs! After your walk, head to the dog-friendly pub, The Pointer Inn to grab a bite to eat.

Firestone Copse A flat wooded walk with plenty of paths to choose from. Park up for free at the entrance of Firestone Copse and pack your lunch to have at one of the large picnic areas. If your dog likes a good swim, there is a generous stretch of river just a 2 minute walk away from the car park.

St Helens Duver Start your walk at the St Helens Duver National Trust car park and head to the sandy path. You’ll be taken across multiple terrains in land and by the coast making your walk that little more exciting! Be careful to only take the coastal paths when the tide is low.

Dog Friendly Pubs The Crab & Lobster Inn If you want a taste of the Isle of Wight then head to The Crab & Lobster Inn which serves locally sourced seafood and Island reared meat. This dog-friendly pub also has an outdoor seating area with breath-taking views of the sea!

The Culver Haven Inn Muddy boots and paws are welcome at this cosy pub with stunning seaside views. The best bit, it’s just a short 25 minute walk away from Whitecliff Bay Holiday Village, perfect for your furry friends who have short legs!

The Yarbridge Inn This family run pub are very fond of your four-legged friends! Located under an hour away from Whitecliff Bay Holiday Village, The Yarbridge Inn makes an ideal pitstop!

The Pointer Inn With beautiful views across the downs, you can’t say no to dining outside. This awardwinning pub serves scrumptious pub classics from locally sourced ingredients.

Steamer Inn Admire the seaside views whist tucking into a seafood dish , pub favourite, sandwich or salad.
