Driver Installation Driver is only required for Windows 98SE users. Windows 98 or less is NOT supported. Install the driver on the included CD, and then restart your computer for the driver to take effect. PC Connection To connect the device to a PC: 1. Make sure there is a USB port on your computer. You are recommended to use the port at the back the machine. 2. Connect the device to your computer through the provided USB cable. The LED indicator stays blue. While charging the integrated battery the LED indicator is flashing red at the same time. Download audio files To download audio files to this player, connect the device to a computer following steps of “PC Connection”, and then copy files from or to the player which is recognized as a new removable disk drive by the computer. The LED indicator will blink during data transfer. Don’ t disconnect the device until the LED indicator stop blinking. Disconnect the device from computer safely Please remove the device from computer in a safe way in order to avoid data loss. Follow these steps: a. Double click the “ ”icon at the right bottom of Windows desktop. b. Click “Stop”on the followed dialog box. c. Select the USB device to be removed, and click “OK”to confirm. When the system prompts that the USB Mass Storage Device can be removed safely now, disconnect the USB cable. Troubleshooting The device cannot be power on There is no sound from the earphones

Cannot download audio files

Check whether the battery has been charged Make sure your operation is correct 1. Make sure the volume level is not 0 2. Check whether the earphones are fully inserted 3. Make sure the track is being played. 4. Make sure the file format is supported 5. Check whether the audio file is damaged. 1. Check whether the player is correctly connected with the computer 2. Make sure the Windows 98 driver is installed (for Windows 98 OS) 3. Check whether the device has enough space to hold audio files
