HOW IT WORKS

Define the space of the FLOWER by using ground template. Install retractable central pole and perimeter stands. Perimeter stands can be fixed to the ground, or weighted by using water ballast bags (weight from 170kg per stand).There are triangle water ballast bags included in a base platform of central pole too.

Pre-inflate all petals, zip on the artwork (in case of banner version) and hang on petals one by one to the central pole. Starting with the biggest one, retract central pole by installation of other petals one by one. Inflate each petal to the full pressure after its installation.
By installation of smallest petal the FLOWER is ready for immediate use. There is an option to use a central water gutter, as well as, triangle shades around the perimeter. Enjoy a FLOWER, the new AXION stand concept!

The FLOWER is a combination of three materials. The shape of petals is guaranteed by patented system of high pressure pnuematic tubes, inflated to nominal pressure 2,0 bar (10x more as standard pneumatic structures). The tension of petal membranes is done with FR certified, high tech Bedouinflex PU stretch membrane. The weight of whole stand is given by using of steel components for central pole and perimetre plates in a combination with water ballast bags.

Each size variant of the FLOWER is transportable in Van. Depending on its size, team of 3 to 6 people can completely build it up within 3 to 5 hours, depending on terrain and personal experience.

The FLOWER is certiďŹ ed according to Eurocode norm for wind up to 28 m/s (100 km/h). In a case of thunderstorm or strong wind, the sleeve of central pole can be retracted down to decrease total height of whole structure by 1,3m. Water eventually going to the center of stand is drained through central gutter. Triangle shades around the perimeter are protecting against water, as well as, giving more shade, increasing eďŹƒcient size of stand by 15%.
