About the manual This brand manual is a set of guidelines to avoid the misuse of the Women’s INC. identity. Any designer using the Women’s INC.’s branding and logo must follow these guides to maintain harmony and coherence in all of Women’s INC.’s communication collaterals.

About WOMEN’S INC T he Beginnings Women’s INC is a part of a broader initiative of WomenX to implement a public discourse campaign to enhance the visibility of successful women entrepreneurs and shape a positive narrative around women entrepreneurs in Pakistan. We are a community for women who inspire to be more.

Introduction

The Mission Women’s INC will provide: Inspiration, Network and Conversations for women entrepreneurs both online and offline as well as in-person activities in the community.

The vision Women’s INC aims to become the HUB for women entrepreneurs in Pakistan providing them with resources and community to help connect, promote and grow their businesses.

About the Logo

our logo This logo is a result of a branding held in October 2014. The logo is an extremely crutial part of the identity. The logo comprises of a symbol, and type featuing the name of the institution ‘Educational Trust Nasra School.’ The logo must only be used keeping in mind the set of requirements mentioned in this section.

Logo Breakdown Logo type

Symbol

The type that is used for the logo type is Bebas Neue. The typeface is a sans serif giving a clear feel of empowering set up. The numbers represent the point size spacing between each letter.

The symbol used in the logo is that of a platform signage. This clearly gives reference to an avenue, a platform for those who want to be a part of it. The symbol may be used without the logo type.

Logo Clearspace Logo Clearspace To ensure the legibility of the logo, a margin must be left around the logo when placed on any poster or composition.This isolates the logo from competing elements such as photography, text or back ground, patterns that may distract attention and lessen the overall impact.

Unit “X” is used as the measuring unit. In the WOMEN’S INC identity, the letter “C” from the name “WOMENS INC” is considerd X.

Using the logo in a consistent way across all applications helps establish and reinforce immediate recognition of the WOMEN’S INC identity.

Unit “X” is used as the measuring unit. In the WOMEN’S INC identity, the letter “C” from the name “WOMENS INC” is considerd X.

Acceptable Usage

The logo has the following two variations. Either of the two variations may be used, keeping in mind the application.

The logo may be placed on a darker backdrop only if the color reverse option is used, ensuring the legibility of the type is maintained.


Acceptable Usage

The following grey scale versions of the logo may be used when colored printing is not available or required.

The symbol or logo type may be used exclusive of each other, if deemed appropriate for the application by the designer.

Acceptable Usage

In films or documentaries, the logo may also be used with it’s background subtracted, given that the background color doesn’t make it look subdued.

Unacceptable Usage

The following applications of the logo are strictly not allowed.

Applying gradients onto the logo, or placing the logo on a background with a gradient.

Placing the colored logo onto backgrounds of high saturation that causes lack of visibility.

Disproportionate stretching of the logo.

Using color schemes other than the aforementioned color palette.

The letterhead shall be made on the dimensions of an A4 sheet, i.e.; 8.27 inches by 11.69 inches. The logo should be aligned to the left and placed on top. There must be a band on the bottom to write the contact information on. The color palette is minimal, apart from the logo.
