Good evening and welcome to this Pitching In Southern League Division One Central match against AFC Dunstable.

A warm welcome to the players, officials and supporters of the ODs. We hope you enjoy the game and have a safe journey home this evening. Hopefully we can get tonight's game finished at the third time of asking (I'm running out of material for a fourth separate introduction this season)!

It's been a busy few weeks off the field for AFC Dunstable. First they announced longstanding chairman Simon Bullard would stand down at the end of the season, and would offer the club debt free to anyone who could prove they could run and finance the club. Then, manager Steve Heath announced he would also be leaving the club at the end of the season. Last week it was announced the club's new owners would be Soccer Assist, the football scholarship agency and academy based in Milton Keynes. It's also the academy where our goalkeeper Josh Ameganvi is currently the academy captain.

On the field, they've been slightly less busy, as their game at the weekend also fell victim to the weather, so their last match was a 5-1 victory over FC Romania.

We're still waiting for confirmation of our rescheduled game against Highworth Town, which is likely to be played next week. Check our website and social media for the details once we have it.

After today, we have just two more home games this season. We host Thame United on Easter Monday, and Ware on the final day of

the season, 22 April. We hope to see as many of you as possible for this crucial last month of the campaign.
