About the App The new App for iPhone, iPod touch & iPad lets you use WEB Callback*, Local Access* and VoIP calls conveniently. Inbound VoIP calls can be received even while another app is running. Memorizing account, PIN and phone numbers will no longer be necessary. Through the app, simply dial the destination number or select from your contact list and the app will do the rest for you. Instead of being limited by WiFi connectivity, if you are subscribed to a data service, you may choose to use HSDPA (3G) connection to make VoIP calls.
*Callback and Local Access calls are only available for devices with a GSM SIM. Local Access service is available in locations where there is a toll-free local access number

Making SIP Calls using the App Simply dial the destination number in the following format:
+ Country Code-Area Code-Phone number or Select a contact from your Contact List And Select SIP (SIP = VoIP = Internet Calls)
Making GSM Calls using the App
3 call options under GSM: 1. Direct Call: makes calls using your GSM service 2. Local Access: makes calls using a Local Access service* 3. Callback: makes calls using a Callback** service *In locations where toll-free Local Access number is available **In cases where you are not subscribed to unlimited data plan, or where the Internet bandwidth is insufficient for VoIP calls

Managing Call Recording - Connect your device to a WiFi network - Connect your computer to the same WiFi network - Enable the feature, by switching ON - Create a password - In your computer, open a web browser, input the URL shown on the screen, enter the password you have created - Manage Call Recording page will be shown on your computer
