RESORT BRIEF The Project was to develop a Theme-Based Resort- Wellness Resort on a site in Neemrana, Rajasthan. It has variety of accommodations, restaurants, wellness center, and is built with the vernacular aspect of the neighboring settlements.

SITE Proposed Plot- Area: 5 Acres Permissible Ground Coverage: 40% Permissible FAR 60% Permissible Height- 21m Setbacks: Front - 6m , All other Sides- 4m

CONCEPT- DIGITAL DETOX Refers to refraining yourself from using Digital Screens or Devices Proving Liminal Spaces for contemplation and internal green sanctuaries to reduce stress
