TWO CYCLES OF DINACHARYA Every day, there are two circles of nature that pass within a human body which bring along predominance of KAPHA, PITTA and VATTA.
First Cycle 6 A.M .to 10 A.M.- KAPHA 10 A.M. to 2 P.M.-PITA 2 P.M. to 6 P.M. - VATA

MORNING WAKE UP TIME The best time to wake up is 2 hours before sunrise when our Vata is dominent. This is the time when sayva is mostly present in the air. It is the purest time of the day with fresh air which keeps our light vata in harmony with nature. A Y U R V E G D

MORNING ELIMINATION The first thing that you must do after waking up is emtying your bladder and colon. Drink 2 glasses of water upon waking up for easy elimination for a healthy and toxin free start of the day.

MORNING CLEANING OF SENSES Wash your eyes for a better vision with cold water. You can also use rose water. The next important thing is to clean your mouth. Brush your teeth and scrape your tongue to remove the " ama" deposited on the tongue. Garge with warm water to strengthen your teeth and purify your voice. Lastly, perform jal neti and put some oil in your noise to clear your sinus and enhance your sense of smell. You must also inhale the smell of medicated herbs to purify your all your senses. MORNING MASSAGE Massage is a very important element of Ayurvedic Dinacharya for a healthy body. ABHYANGA - oil massage with sesame oil is of great importance. the massage should not be long and intense. MORNING EXERCISE In ayurvedic terms, exercise is called as VYAYAM which could be any form of physical workout be it walking, swimming, deep breathing (pranayam) , yoga, suryanamaskar and more. MORNING BATHE It is very important to keep your body clean. Especially after vyayam, it is must for you to get rid of excess oil and dirt produced during the process. In ayurveda, both showers and tub baths are recommended. the water shoukd be war. put on clean clothes agter bathing.

MORNING MEDITATION Meditation serves the purpose for self time. You needs to introspect his own soul and see who really are.This is most important element of Dinachrya. Just sit and peace and connect with your soul. BREAKFAST Breakfast is the first and the most important meal of the day. It should be warm, filling and nourishing.

NOON LUNCH Lunch should be consumed during 12 and 1 P.M. This coincides with the period when Pitta is at its peak thus enabling better digestion.According to Ayurveda, lunch should be the biggest meal of the day. To get the food digested, it is advised to go a for a little walk. A Y U R V E G D

SUNDOWN Sun Down is the perios where transition from day to night takes place. It is a special time of balance between day and night. During this time , it is easy for your mind to relax so that you can see yourself more clearly. This is the best time for evening prayers and meditations in many cultures around the world.

DINNER Dinner should be consumed before 7 P.M. It should be light and must be eaten atleast 3 hours before going to bed for proper digestion. You must walk a bit after eating your dinner. Once your dinner time is over, you can relax and ease out with your family.

You must sleep before 7 P.M to have atleast 7-8 hours of sleep if tou wake up at 4:30 A.M.
