My soul is craving for structural art I named it. For me, architecture has been always the balance between imagination and reality. Taking a vision form another world and translate it to the most tangible thing which solves others physical and psychophysical problems, a way which defines how people live and interact.

The primarily object of this proposal is to design a pediatric cancer center. This center aims to improve its users healing condition by using art as a source of inspiration and productivity, nature as a relaxing and responsibility factor and natural light to reduce the fear. This center is designed for the children who already know that they have cancer and they come here just for getting the medicine

or radiation it is an out-patient facility, which works with different multifunction spaces for almost 50 patients in range of 5 to 12 years old. The location of the site is in City of Austin and this project is defined as an expansion of Dell â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;s Children Medical Center. Here is a place with less fear of attending hospital and a place to joy and production.

Set back from the street: Providing green space as an extension of the Mueller Park Creating two different green spaces, urban and healing.

Curve-like mass: maximize views to the Meuller Park Define main sections in the facility: Radiation (under ground), Radiology, Chemotherapy, Administrative and Art.

Vertical access and egresses as a strong faĂ§ade feature. Bringing light down to the radiation bays. Light wellsâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; shape on the top: Strong form to define the corner. Scattered shop and art stores in the site to showcase the produced art and make connection with surrounding.

This site is located near the intersection of Dundas Street W. and Sheridan Avenue in Toronto. The project is to design a mixed use mid-rise building that compliments and augments the streetâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s vibrancy and diversity. Due to the urban needs of the site, the proposed structure is to provide mixed use with respect to the area. The site is an assembly of four attached buildings, and the program includes residential, commercial, and/ or community uses. The project is a

seven stories high with upper levels reserved for residential. By analyzing and concluding from the land use, shadow, elevation and section studies, that the site can accommodate multitude of functions. However, the challenge was to design a building that does not negatively impact the neighboring buildings or appear foreign in the streetscape, create a pedestrian environment, contextual character, and sense of place.

Maximum allowable height is determined by the width of the public right-of-way (all references to the R.O.W. or R.O.W. widths, denote the public R.O.W.)

The primirley concept of arranging the residential units, was having diffrent types of units, assembing on top of eachothet; just like the sprit of Dundas street. Different people need differnt spaces. These different-scale unites make the facade more playful and respond todivers residential demnds in the Dundas street.

Bandar Abbas is a city on the northern coast of Persian Gulf with many natural and cultural attractions. These days, fortunately, paying attention to the sea wais a crucial task for everyone but other aspects of the natural potential of the city are eliminated, such as urban coves, Baran ponds and mosques. Therefore, this study attempts to identify other natural urban potentials and cultural potential of the city and the region. This is a cultural design at the edge of an urban watercourse flood, with the goal of being able to introduce culture and nature of

the city by designing a cultural center at its waterfront. This study began by researching about Cultural Centers and Waterfronts at the same time. Regarding to the importance of leisure and urban problems in Cultural Centers, searching to approach a cultural urban solution continued and the result was using the Cultural Quarters ideas in designing this Cultural Center. Further researches were done on the culture of the city to find a cultural form and physical planning that are relating to the culture of the region. With study of case studies and executive matters, this project was fully elaborated.

Connecting the zones with the shopping corridors. These corridos can act such and wind corridors during the good seasons.

Using the palm leaves to identify Designing the lanscape and the entrance. The prportion of public space indivitual masses are driven from Propertion of local wind catchers.

1. Gallery, Retail Stores and amphitheater were placed in the hearth of complex to make the complex active.

2. Creativity Workshops and children area were placed in the active edge of site in order to have a better communication with its surrounding.

3. Library, offices and learning classes were placed in the north of site where is calm and quite.

4. Outdoor spaces such as coffee shops, galleries and an open theater make an active space outside.

The oveall view shows how the building interacts with the surronding and creates live and active atmosphere.

This project was about designing a local library. An active space with the other correlated function such as amphitheater, gallery, group studying and etc. The main concept of design was having a decorum and calm looking structure which reflects the culture of the native people. The External Motifs were inspired from Traditional Motifs of the region. The palm tree is a strong indicator of the city which as a native person is inspired me so much; specially the light that passes through its branches, so I designed the roof of building in a way that represents that feeling. The main structure of the

building was an enlonged rectangle cube such as vernacular building of the region in order to catch the better light and wind circulation which comes from the sea. The enlonged cube defines public and spaces of the library. The additional cube defines the offices and small spaces area such as repository library, offices and research area. For gerenal and inner lighting a huge void was devised. its design was inspired from the palm trees. South windows were covered by the shaders which were inspired by the vernacular building.

Recieving best light and best view for every house were the main goal of project, private, semi-private and public yard were designed to adapt with the residens need. The fringe of stream was designed to be a place for gathering and playing.

This residential complex was designed in a fabulous location in Isfahan City; near the Zayandehrood River and with a little stream passing trough it.

hough designed in a modern form, the Khish-khaneh residential building maintains traditional design concepts. Its interactive faĂ§ade, which draws design elements and materials from diverse, incongruous surroundings, creates a unifying identity for the area. The buildingâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s red rods, frames and louvers echo the color of neighboring brick structures, while its pale yellow

walls harmonize with the use of similarly colored highlights on the adjoining buildings. Yellow is also picked up in stone flower boxes, randomly placed outside bedroom windows. The flower boxes, attached to the faĂ§ade with modern construction methods, help enhance lighting and provide natural ventilation into interior spaces.

The south facade employs a bilateral concept with randomly arranged columns framing windows that supply residents with both active and serene views. City life unfolds outside of the wide window views, while the tightly placed columns filter the outside world, providing privacy and calm relaxing space. The rhythmic column pattern, a nod to traditional Iranian residential architecture, also moderates the intensity of light that comes from the south.

Entrance is not just a doorway, it gives the sense of passing. Crossing over one level to the next step, from noisy urban space to the home calm space. Light, color, greenery, and materials all have their own effect on its quality. In order to have more privacy, Visual contact with the outside should be limited. On the other hand, green space and lighting should be added to make it an extraordinary place for visitors. To achieve this goal, Semi-closed vision has been provided by synthesizing remained pipes which were retrieved from old installation of house. Flower box was added in different parts and the quality of lightening was improved in order to make a more welcoming space.

HANJAN village which is placed in Isfahan’s environs, has mild climate. Residents’ local job is agriculture and ranching. Besides, weaving carpet and making handicrafts are also two common financial activities in their woman’s lives. The idea of competition was to design a residential building model which should be based on their lives habitat. The main concept of designing a residential

model which is related to the area’s climate and its concerns, should also responds to the people’s demands. So, the first step was recognizing the dwellers’ habitats. The researches reveal that the village-mans commonly spend their time outside of the house. In the other hand, their wives usually do housekeeping. It was pleasant to design a house which can be flexible and support their requirements.

The primary aim of this project was to learn parametric modeling in Revit and experience the Revit plug-in Dynamo. As a case study, the National Assembly for Whales building was chosen. The two main elements of the building were modeled with changeable parameters and then they were linked to an external factor (here the current sun path.)
