WASTE NOT: Typical diapers take nearly 500 years to degrade in a landfill, but Arizona-based DYPER is confronting this problem with plant-based diapers and wipes. The company’s REDYPER service picks up soiled products for proper disposal. In 2022, DYPER launched BYOCHAR, which turns used diapers into biochar, a soil additive.
