The successful public-private partnership between the Dodgers, their CR-G partner Chicago White Sox, and the City of Glendale features a 141-acre campus, largest in the Cactus League, and a state-of-the-art stadium. A unique five-acre water feature (connected lake, river and pond) divides the campus into east (Dodgers) and west (White Sox) and provides irrigation for fields and landscaping plus aesthetic enhancement.
DODGERS’ 2021 SEASON: The Dodgers narrowly missed winning their ninth consecutive National League West Division title despite winning 106 games. It was the third time in the past five seasons the Dodgers eclipsed 100 victories. They defeated the St. Louis Cardinals in the N.L. Wild Card Game and bettered the San Francisco Giants in the N.L. Division Series before falling to the eventual World Series champion Atlanta Braves in the N.L. Championship Series.
BALLPARK TRADITION: Spinning turnstiles, free morning workouts, and free parking are CR-G traditions. The Dodgers and White Sox drew over 200,000 fans in 11 of their first 12 seasons in the award-winning ballpark (excluding 2021 COVID-19 restricted attendance). The Dodgers honor their history with displays recognizing their great players of the past along the water feature. The six-foot Dodger logo proximate to the practice fields screams “photo op.”
PLAYERS TO WATCH: Cody Bellinger (1B/OF), Mookie Betts (RF), Walker Buehler (RHP), Gavin Lux (IF/OF), Max Muncy (IF), Will Smith (C), Chris Taylor (IF/OF), Trea Turner (IF), Julio Urias (LHP).
TASTY TREATS: CR-G concession offerings are varied and include typical baseball fare in addition to popular novelty items like Chicago Dogs, Dodgers Dogs, a 17-inch pizza slice and assorted sausage sandwiches. Two Three Amigos Bars, located along the first and third baselines, highlight an array of domestic and imported beers available throughout the ballpark. Additionally, the Four Peaks Patio Bar, located in the right-field corner, offers a sausage grill and full bar. Two other popular fan stops are Wok-Off Noodles and two team stores (home plate, center field).
