Chef Jean-Christophe was born in Northeast France and has over 35 years of experience working in famous Michelin star restaurants in France. After a short visit in the U.S. and one night in Scottsdale in 2007, Jean-Christophe Gros and Ségolène Gros fell in love with the city. Their family decided to move to Scottsdale in 2015 to share their passion. Voila French Bistro serves traditional French cuisine with a modern and elegant style. Chef is running the kitchen and his wife, Ségolène, with 25 years in the industry, runs the front of the restaurant.
