QUALITY EXCELLENCE

Research and development (R&D) played a key role in the sustainable development of MIDEA MBT, led by a team of 600-strong highly qualified experts. MIDEA MBT now has several patented technologies including the VFD technology and full falling film heating-exchanging technology; independent manufactured core components namely VRF compressors and magnetic compressors; and the M-BMS system that provides intelligent management of hardware equipment to form a complete HVAC solution.

Aside to R&D, product quality is top priority for MIDEA MBT. The business division has invested US$60 million for its 25,000sqmtesting facility, the largest in the HVAC industry, housing more than 100 laboratories and over 250 professional test engineers. These laboratories carried out tests in various fields and applications including security construction, noise, performance, environmental simulations, as well as reliable and long-lasting operation and EMC lab, producing results that are recognized by four authoritative organizations CNAS, UL, TUV, and Intertek.

A strict quality control system is also in place to ensure that every step of the manufacturing process is carried out efficiently so customers are assured that every product under MIDEA brand is of world-class quality. MIDEA products have also acquired various Quality Standards and certifications such as EUROVENT and AHRI (for performance and safety), CVC and CERT (for system).

In an effort to continuously serve MIDEA customers after sales, MIDEA MBT has established a fast-response service network around the world to provide continuous technical support, installation guidance, maintenance, and spare parts support.
