(MENTAL HEALTH)
OCTOBER 3-9 IS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK IN THE UNITED STATES. Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event where advocates across the nation come together to spread awareness about the importance of mental health and to speak out against the stigma around mental illness. We suggest that anyone with questions about mental heath should seek out a medical professional. However, the Library offers a variety of books related to mental health that can be checked out any time to help learn more about specific topics.
