One of the advantages of working for Coldwell Banker is our large network of agents. If you know of anyone, anywhere buying or selling, I have a gift for them. I would like to help them find an agent who has the time, the caring, the inclination and the expertise to treat them the way they deserved to be treated. Unfortunately, the industry is filled with part time agents, agents who don’t know what they are doing and some who are less than professional. I think it would be terrible if someone in your family or one of your friends ends up with someone like that. I know it may sound funny to think of a referral as a gift, but being in the industry, I know just how valuable the gift actually is.
