If a non-threatening safety/security situation occurs, call Campus Safety for assistance. The center provides security M-Th 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Fr 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Security guards monitor our building, staff, students, and faculty. For your safety, center security guards have a complete schedule of classes and monitor visitor access to the building. At 8 p.m., the front door of the building automatically locks and access from outside is limited. Security can provide escort service to your car at night when asked. REGISTRATION FOR COURSES
REGISTRATION FOR GRADUATE AND PROFESSIONAL STUDENTS All students can enroll in Azusa Pacific University courses online at home.apu.edu. View Class Registration Instructions (PDF) for a detailed tutorial. In order to add or drop classes, access the home portal at: home.apu.edu within the add/drop deadline. If the add/drop deadline has passed, you will need to fill out an Enrollment Activity Form (EAF) and return it to the Graduate and Professional Registrar at the Graduate and Professional Center or by emailing the EAF to gpcregistrar@apu.edu.

To use APU’s wireless network: Go to wireless settings for your device, search for available networks and connect to APUWIFI. Enter your APU NetID and password to connect.

ID CARD
The One Card Office in the bookstore on Azusa’s West Campus issues APU student identification (ID) cards. You have two options for obtaining an APU student ID: 1) Go online to: apu.edu/ campusauxiliary/onecardoffice. In the column, click on the Graduate or Professional Student ID Cards and follow the instructions. Remember to attach your photo to your order. 2) Visit the One Card office during normal business hours: M-Fr 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

CANVAS
Canvas is APU’s online learning management system (LMS). Faculty may require use of Canvas for student coursework including assignments, tests, and online forums. Connect to Canvas at go.canvas.apu.edu.

STUDENT RESOURCES
When you have a few minutes, become familiar with the Graduate and Professional Resources for students through home.apu.edu. Click on “Graduate and Professional” under “My Links” in the lefthand navigation menu. You’ll be taken to a directory of offices and resources providing convenient and easy access within the APU website.
PARKING PERMIT
If you are parking on the APU Azusa campuses, you need a parking permit. If you only visit the Azusa campuses occasionally, you will need to obtain either a parking permit for Regional Campus students (with a $4.75 processing fee that will be charged to your student account) or a visitor’s pass on the day of your visit from the welcome booth on University Drive or in the Parking Office in Adams Hall to prevent being ticketed. Regional Campuses do not require parking permits but all students are required to register their vehicles in case of emergency at the following link: apu.thepermitstore.com. You may also use this link to request a parking permit. Once you register online, if you are an Azusa campus student or have at least one class at the Azusa campuses, you must purchase a permit ($129.75 per semester) your student account will be charged and your parking permit will be mailed to you.

Student Lounge & Study Areas The campus has two beautiful student lounge areas available for student use. Both areas offer our students ample space for study, lounging, meal breaks, and study group space. Although most students bring meals with them to class, vending machines are available on the 2nd floor. If a quiet study area is needed, students can use room 208T which has been designated as a temporary quiet room. If additional quiet or meeting space is needed, visit the main office.

Laptop Usage Laptops are available as deemed necessary by professors for the use of students in the class to facilitate testing or learning. Laptops can be checked out and returned at the front office.
Copiers & Printers APU has partnered with WEPA to provide printing services for students. The WEPA Student Printing Kiosks accept electronic payment.
